Cancellations

Life happens — we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, just give at least 24 hours’ notice. If it's less than 24 hours or a no-show, the session will be charged in full, as that time was set aside just for you. If there's an emergency, please reach out — we're always happy to help where we can. You can cancel or reschedule by phone or email. Thanks for understanding!
